I can also travel to you, in the comfort of your own home or hotel room. Travel cost will apply.

 

We can use my lovely warm and calming treatment room or if its a hot day I can treat you outside in my private secluded garden (see photo).

 

Treatments 

 

Therapies I offer; Deep/sports , Relaxing full body, Lomi Lomi, Reflexology, Swedish, hand & foot, Indian Head and scalp massage, stomach manipulation, Hopi ear candle treatment. 

 

I also offer a fusion of AMR (see below) and Lomi Lomi.   A full body massage with warm oil, I can also incorporate pulls and stretches "lazy yoga".

 

My full body sessions work from head to toe and can incorporate gluts, thighs and groin areas. The key to a good massage is communication with a consultation so that I can tailor a session to suit each individual. 

 

I really enjoy giving the beautiful Hawaiian Lomi Lomi therapy which uses deep and gentle full body strokes using hands and forearms to sweep over the body with a wave like motion using warm oils. 

 

Advanced Muscle Reconditioning (AMR) is an effective deep tissue massage.  I can personally recommend this hands on therapy and guarantee pain relief.  It is a simple and better way to treat muscles targeting the problem area.  

 

If your condition is musculoskeletal: herniated disc, degenerative joint disease, arthritis, bursitis, stenosis, sciatica, spondylolisthesis, a bone spur, pinched nerve, sprain, strain etc, and you are otherwise healthy, AMR is it - the holy grail! 

 

If your condition is systemic with musculoskeletal effects, AMR does not cure but does give unparalleled relief.
